I reached out to Jared about a new deck project we plan to have built. Of the three engineers I called, he's the only one who answered the phone/returned my call, he was very generous with his time in explaining everything we would need to do, walked through several ideas at my property, and he was fairly priced. Jared is awesome!! I am in the process of buying an older home and wanted to check to see if a wall was load bearing. I scheduled Jared to come out and take a look. He did an incredibly thorough walk through of the property and pointed out any areas of concern to me. He checked for water damage and possible structural issues and was incredibly knowledgeable. I was hesitant to pay the addition money for this as I had already pay for an inspection, but hearing what Jared had to say gave me so much more peace of mind that it was 10000% worth it. He was very friendly, easy to talk to, and showed up right on time. I’m hard of hearing and sometimes using the phone can be a frustrating experience, so being able to communicate with him via text was so appreciated.
